Watch Warranties

• Fraser & Co. — 2-year manufacturer's warranty
• Dapper — 2-year manufacturer's warranty
• San Martin — 2-year manufacturer's warranty
• La Touraine — 3-year manufacturer's warranty
• Bulova  — 3 Year Global Warranty

Watch Boxes

Our handcrafted hardwood watch boxes are made to order and built to last. Each box is inspected before shipment. In the unlikely event your box arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Watch Winder

The Horion Watch Winder is covered under a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

How to Make a Claim

Contact us at support@zennatu.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days and will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the matter promptly.

What's Not Covered

Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, water damage beyond the watch's rated resistance, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
